Teacher's Pet: Janice Weinberg, Andrew Mercando, Noah Levin

A mobile application for high school students and teachers that simplifies the process of scheduling a meeting outside of class. Schedulr aligns the students schedule with the teachers schedule and highlights mutual free blocks of time to pin point the most efficient time to schedule a meeting.

About

Our assignment was to develop a mobile device that allows for two-way communication between a set or two groups of people. We choose to focus on high school students and teachers, and designed 'Schedulr' to increase scheduling capabilities between the two groups within a mobile context.

Our team consisted of three Human-Computer Interaction undergraduates with backgrounds in information systems and communication design: Noah Levin (IS & HCI '10), Janice Weinberg (IS & HCI '09), and Andrew Mercando (Design & HCI '09). Our wide variety of educational backgrounds and areas of interest paved the way for what we believe is a successful prototype.

Full documentation of our design process can be found in the links to the left. Enjoy!
