Scenario
Andy is in Mrs. Pollack’s 8th period class, the last period of the day. He often misses her class due to school basketball away games that force the entire team to leave their last period classes early at least once a week. After 3 missed classes in a row, Andy feels like he is falling behind and wants to schedule a time with Mrs. Pollack to go over the material he missed.
He takes out his iPhone and logs on to his “Schedulr” application. He clicks on “Align Schedule” to check the times both he and Mrs. Pollack are free at the same time. He finds that he has a study hall tomorrow at 10am that corresponds with Miss Pollack’s early lunch break. He quickly clicks on “Make Appointment” to reserve this time slot and confirms his selection.
A minute later Mrs. Pollack’s iPhone notifies her that her “Schedulr" application has a new schedule request. She logs in and sees that Andy wants to talk to her tomorrow from 10-11am. She doesn’t have a problem bringing a bagged lunch tomorrow and eating it while they talk, so she confirms the appointment on her end. Simultaneously, "Schedulr" alerts Andy that he has a newly confirmed appointment. He clicks on "View Agenda" and views Mrs. Pollack's details to set an alarm and remind him to be on time for his meeting.
